There will be a Picker Sale at pick up on February 17th - after part 2 of the auction. No picker after this part 1.

Applicable state taxes plus a 15% buyer's premium are added.
All payments are due by Friday, February 9th, by noon. Non-payers will be blocked from future bidding! Bidding is a contractual agreement with an obligation to pay. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay or cannot make pick-ups. Invoices are sent out via email the evening of the auction close.
Address is not provided until the morning of pickups to maintain security at the residence. The address will be posted on your invoice around 7am.
Shipping can be arranged for small and medium size items. Please, send an email to info@vvestatesales.com with your name and lots and you'll be billed separately for the cost of shipping. Shipping prices are very reasonable! On average items within 18" frame are billed $12-18 for shipping depending on your location.

I live very close to the location and can accommodate different pick up time for you. It's a condo and we are not allowed to share the gate code. So, I'd need to open it for you.
